Command Center
Your operation, live
One screen tells you where the money is. Backlog, Active and Completed value sit up top, with every job status broken out by count and dollar amount. Seven-day Job Velocity and Labor Hours charts show whether you're speeding up or stalling. Clocked-in technicians, work hours, drive hours, overtime and utilization all update in real time — so you know who's billing and who's coasting.
Passive GPS, cached traffic, four modes
Jobs mode plots every active job and technician at their last compliant GPS checkpoint — no constant pinging, no battery drain. GPS mode ties position to the payable moments (arrival, clock-in, clock-out) and replays each route against estimated drive time, with traffic delays pulled from a passively cached sector feed. Sectors mode builds a hex heat-map of your service footprint from cached daily activity, city to national. Analyze mode layers job cost, assignment, traffic and 30-day average drive per job in one orbit panel. Constant GPS is for fleet trucks, not the handsets you need data from — so we don't burn it.
Daily report and custom reports
The Daily Report puts accountability by name — Active Jobs, Changed Today, Needs Approval, In Progress, Awaiting Parts, Stuck beyond 140 days, and SC-Linked value, each carrying a responsible-item badge so nothing hides. Build your own views in the Custom Reports tab. Export to XLSX or PDF in a single click.
Dispatch & Field
The full job pipeline
Every job, sorted by last appointment — number, location, customer, PO, age in days, type, city, state, store and division, with technician and priority badges. A quick-view panel drops in a site map. Open the record and the margin is already live, built from labor burn rate, material, rental and travel.
Timeline dispatch for every crew
Day and night shift on one timeline, grouped by crew. Each technician row carries a skill badge — Apprentice, Journeyman — with job blocks color-coded by status across a 6 AM to 5 PM day. The on-call roster stays pinned at the top. The New Job modal captures service location, customer, crew-based assignment, flat-rate toggle and signature required.
Every hour tied to a job
Each entry runs dispatch to arrival to clock-out — date, technician, job, address, dispatch time, arrive, clock-in, clock-out, diverted, drive, work and overtime hours. Add a Timesheet Entry with technician, optional job, Work/Drive type, and start and end. Recalc OT and Prune Unused clean the sheet in one click. Group by Location when you need the site view.
38 techs, crews and on-call rotation
Thirty-eight technicians — thirty-four available, three off. Each row carries a QR-code avatar for mobile app access, status, a Monday-to-Sunday work schedule, skill level, division, contact, bill and pay rates, stats and app link. The On-Call Rotation runs a four-week rolling calendar, three techs per week. The Add Technician modal sets billing rates, mobile login credentials, QR color, work schedule and specialties.
Fleet and equipment, maintained
Upcoming Maintenance stays on top of what's at the mechanic and what's scheduled next, with expected return dates. The full vehicle table tracks name, year, model, license, assigned tech, last report, odometer, an oil-life bar and lifespan percentage, flagging OUT OF SERVICE in red. Add Vehicle captures make, model, year, type, license, VIN and monthly payment, insurance, fuel and maintenance — and rolls them into a total monthly burden.
Customers & Revenue
One account, dynamically linked to every site
Most platforms treat a store as a customer — duplicates, orphan sites, split billing. Thunder Station links any number of locations to a single customer account dynamically. The account holds the balance, billing terms and default labor rates; every linked location inherits them while keeping its own job history, address and per-site margin. Add a site in seconds and it rolls up to the parent the moment you link it — no re-keying, no duplicate accounts.
Per-site records, dynamically linked
Each location carries its own store number, address, property type, square footage and year built — and its own full job history. Link it to a customer and it inherits that account's billing terms and default labor rates instantly, while reporting its revenue up to the parent. Move a site between accounts, split one store into two, reassign a portfolio — the relationship updates everywhere live, because the link is dynamic, not hard-coded.
ServiceChannel bridge, synced every 5 minutes
Four hundred and seventeen work orders cached and auto-syncing every five minutes, across Open, Matches and All tabs. Each row carries the SC PO number, store, status, priority, trade, schedule, NTE and linked job, with an Import button. The Confirm Merge modal lines your job up beside the SC work order — PO, location, address, customer, schedule, NTE, status and description — and runs the ServiceChannel invoice check at merge.
A margin-aware estimate pipeline
Pipeline, Approved and Pending sit at the top — $136,487 in pipeline, $1,957 approved, twenty-one pending. The list tracks number, customer, status (Sent, Draft, Approved, Rejected, Converted), job, author, issue and expiry, and total. Create Estimate pulls in services, taxable materials, incurred labor at Rate 1 and Rate 2, labor to complete, and assemblies from the library.
Contract to close for large work
Projects carry planning or active status, contract value, start date and manager. Create Project captures name, customer, type — New Construction, Renovation and more — status, start, estimated completion, budget, project manager, description and notes. Each project links through to jobs, estimates, pay applications and daily logs.
$226K outstanding, zero overdue
Outstanding, Overdue and Draft sit up top — $226,707 outstanding, $0 overdue, thirty-nine drafts. Across a hundred and thirteen invoices you get number, customer, status (Sent, Draft, Paid), job, customer PO, issue and due dates, total and balance. Create Invoice pulls services, taxable materials and labor at Rate 1 and Rate 2, with AI Full Build, assemblies and the library, and applies materials tax automatically.
Collected, referenced and traced
This Month and Total Collected lead the page. Each payment records number, customer, date, method, reference, invoice and amount. Record Payment captures amount, method and reference — and ties straight back to the invoice and the ServiceChannel work order, end to end.
Operations & Back Office
A 415-item materials library
Four hundred and fifteen active items, each with part number, category — Fixture, Outlet, Switch, Junction Box, Breaker, Network — unit, vendor, cost and sell price, and last cost. Add Material captures name, category, description, part number, unit, manufacturer, vendor, default cost, sell price, technical specs and notes. Shop to Job pushes a material straight onto an active job.
Stock on hand and open POs
Four hundred and thirty-seven items, $494.84 in stock value, nothing low or out, one open PO. Stock On Hand tracks material, category, location, on hand, reserved, on order, unit cost and value. Add Inventory Item sets quantity, unit cost, reorder point and quantity, storage location and notes. New PO builds from the library — Job Supplies or Inventory, vendor, dates, line items and ship-to address.
Cross-division P&L in one table
An All Divisions tab plus one per division. The Cross-Division Comparison lays out active jobs, thirty-day revenue, thirty-day labor, margin percent, technicians on job and available, open A/R and total jobs — side by side. Add Division sets name, code (COMM, RES, IND), manager, color, status and notes.
$92K run, finalized and locked
PR-77631964: finalized and locked, July 5–18, 2026. Twenty-four technicians, 1,439.25 regular hours, 127.43 overtime hours, $92,214.13 total. The breakdown runs per tech — regular, OT highlighted, drive time, deploy to base, return to base, flat-rate pay and total. View Report exports a Summary PDF and a Timesheets PDF, with per-technician cards flagging days off and not-scheduled.
A full daily audit trail
Seven hundred events on a single day. Every event carries a timestamp, a type badge — Updated, Created, Completed, Clock Out, Photo Uploaded, Receipt Uploaded, Note Added, Clock In — the entity, the job, a description and the user, with GPS coordinates captured on every clock-out. Filter by type and entity, then export to CSV.
